Why are we even talking about the AvP series here – from what I gathered this is a sequel to fucking Predator, not to some shitty franchise blends that did no justice whatsoever to the action/horror classics by Scott/Cameron/McTiernan. Very promising trailer, especially in terms of atmosphere and casting (Danny Trejo against a Predator, how more epic can you get).

@n0tanym0r3 dude, predator movies have never been about the actors, they have always been about alien life forms showing us just how insignificant we are. I honestly wouldnt care if they casted someone like Tom Cruise in this film, nor would I probably notice, but i would still go see it.

one thing that has always bugged me was in AVPR when the predator comes to earth after one of their ships crashes, he goes thru the entire movie getting rid of evidence with some blue acid stuff, obviousy trying to cover up their existence, but then he kills a guy, skins him and hangs him upside down from a tree. wtf

well, either way, it doesn’t change the fact that they are below average actors, who…maybe aren’t terrible, but defiantly, are NOT EVEN CLOSE to being “good” “respected” actors. just watch some of their performances overtime and then you will see what I am trying to say.
