There is an older movie called "The Secretary" (2002) and it stars Maggie Gyllenhaal--A young woman, recently released from a mental hospital, gets a job as a secretary to a demanding lawyer, where their employer-employee relationship turns into a sexual, sadomasochistic one--including cutting. http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0274812/ This latter movie has been shown on HBO or one of the other cable stations in the past year or so.
