How do I sync movies to my itouch without losing all my existing songs and movies?
"Are you sure you want to sync movies? All existing songs, movies, and TV shows will be removed and replaced with Movies from your itunes library."
That’s what the pop up window says when I check the Sync Movies box. I need to know how I can sync a certain movie onto my iPod Touch without losing all my stuff.

have you sync’d your iPod with a different library?
if not, you will want to plug your ipod into the computer and then open Itunes and find your ipod on the far left of the screen, then you will want to click on it
then go to the tab that is labelled "movies" or videos" and then make sure that the check box is checked that says "syc movies", the repeat that for all of the other forms of media that you want on your ipod, then try to resync it, and if it asks you that question again, say yes.
you also might want to make sure that the files that you dont want replaced on your iPod are in the iTunes library, and that they aren’t from somebody else’s itunes library.
