You know how on dvd of shows and movies there’s a warning sign by FBI saying no copying, public performance etc….

Well if you made a fanvideo on your favorite movie or show using clips directly from there and uploading your vid on youtube, is that considered public performance?

i think it is legal only the author have never claim its copyright protections:)
But if you just for enjoy not for businees benefit,you can download and edit it:)
