I have a question: what do I have to understand under an “offshore corporate cartel”? I live in Germany, and for me the worlds worst organisations are located insinde USA: Wallstreet, Worldbank, FED, CIA and UN… the bankers pulling the strings may be spread over the world, but their tools mostly are located in your great country. And the weak Europe always has to follow the way of the US, both in business and politics. I.e. Merkel never said “no, we dont” to Obama nor Bush…

Excellent Production for a Documentary, engaging, edge of seat – Needs a bit more on the music score & sound editing when transitioning to each segment.
Am I wrong in assuming that when I lived in CA, that Enron & PG & E were a mini trial run/experiment on the impacts of ‘Non-Compliance to Cap & Trade/Tax” & the desire for the Illuminati/Corp.
